Accessibility Statement

Yogen Früz is committed to making our website, our menu and our stores usable by everyone, including people with disabilities. We design and build this website to meet WCAG 2.0 Level AA, the standard set out under the Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act (AODA).

We treat accessibility as continuing work rather than a finished project, and we review it as the site changes.

Accessibility is considered while pages are being built, not added afterwards. That includes keyboard operation for everything you can do with a mouse, a visible focus indicator, meaningful alternative text for images, headings that describe how a page is organised, and sufficient colour contrast for body text.

We test with automated tools and by hand, using a keyboard and a screen reader. We do not use an accessibility overlay widget, because an overlay does not fix the underlying page and can interfere with the assistive technology you already rely on.

No website is perfect for every person and every assistive technology. Where we fall short, we want to hear about it.

If you need information from this website in another format, we will provide it at no additional cost. This includes our menu and nutrition information, store locations and hours, Ü Rewards details, job postings and franchise documents.

Formats can include large print, plain text, an accessible document, or simply having the information read to you. Tell us what you need and which format works for you, and we will agree on a suitable format with you.

If any part of this website is difficult for you to use, you do not need to work around it on your own. Contact us and a member of our team will help you get the information or finish what you were doing another way, including finding a store, reading the menu, joining Ü Rewards, or submitting a job or franchise application.

It helps us if you can tell us the page you were on, what you were trying to do, and the device, browser or assistive technology you were using.
