How to enter:

Step 1

Scan the QR code on the Game Card using a wireless mobile device with scanning capability or enter https://www.yogenfruz.com/1000-prizes-for-u.

Step 2

Follow the website instructions to review and consent to the Official Rules, complete the online entry form in full and answer the mathematical skill-testing question. All fields on the entry form must be completed unless they are otherwise indicated as optional to receive the $2 reward and join the “1000+ Prizes for Ü” contest. In the event that the eligible winning entrant (i) incorrectly answers the mathematical skill-testing question; and/or (ii) cannot accept the applicable prize for any reason; they will forfeit the applicable prize and the Game Card will be deemed null and void and corresponding prize will not be awarded.

Step 3

If you are a winner of one (1) of the Grand Prizes such as Ninja/Shark products, and Sephora gift card, please Direct Message (“DM”) us through our Yogen Früz Instagram page and/or email us at marketing@yogenfruz.com. See Official Rules for more details about how to claim your Grand Prize. To verify your Grand Prize, entrant must perform the following – 1) mail/courier to 210 Shields Court, Markham, Ontario L3R 8V2 and/or 2) email to marketing@yogenfruz.com the following items: (i) the original purchase receipt (if emailing, entrant must provide front and back images), (ii) completed Game Card (if emailing, entrant must provide front and back images), and (iii) Declaration and Release Form. The Grand Prize claim is subject to verification by the Sponsor and will be declared invalid if it is illegible, forged, falsified, damaged, incomplete, altered or tampered with in any way or does otherwise conform to or satisfy any condition of the Official Rules. The Ninja/Shark products shipping are under the sole responsibility of Ninja/Shark and not the entrant.

If you are a winner of one (1) of the Yogen Früz Gift Cards, you may claim this prize with your next Yogen Früz purchase during the contest period and after at participating stores. Gift Cards do not expire.
